i am using boa as my loan provider and the loan officer told me he needs copy of the mvpa with my name, loan amount, purchase price of car, and boa listed on it for them to issue the proceeds of the loan to tesla. i gave tesla a call last thursday(when i scheduled delivery) requesting a copy to provide to my loan officer. the rep on the phone said the document will be in the “my documents” section of the online portal with a few hours. it has been 5 days and i am roughly 24h away from picking up the car and still no form. i gave them another call this morning and another rep gave me the same spiel that it will be in my account soon and not to worry. he then told me that i will not be able to pick up the car without the loan proceeds so now i am now risking waiting another 5+ months for another car due to tesla’s incompetence.
