1.2 if there are no uncompleted contracts as at the date notice to terminate is served under clause 1.1, such notice shall terminate these terms and conditions with immediate effect. 2.4 to the extent that any of the terms in a contract shall conflict with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail unless stated to the contrary in the contract.
