2.3     the seller warrants that use of the goods by the buyer does not and will not give rise to any infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property right of any third party. 2.9     this warranty clause is in addition to and not to the exclusion of any warranty or service guarantee stated in the order, offered by the seller or implied or required by applicable law. the goods shall be subject to final inspection and acceptance or rejection by the buyer upon arrival at their destination as specified in the order.
