by installing, downloading, or otherwise accessing the service you expressly accept and agree to the terms of this agreement. in such a case, you undertake to provide docker with your valid vat registration number that is relevant to the service provided under the terms of this agreement. you agree to use the service only for purposes that are legal, proper and in accordance with this agreement and any applicable laws or regulations. you shall establish and maintain complete and accurate records related to the location, access and use of the service by you, your employees, or agents, and any such other information as reasonably necessary for docker to verify compliance with the terms of this agreement.
